Common questions
- Where are my files? In the Files tab. Use Save to copy a result to Downloads, or Share to send it.
- How do I remove the Docxify logo from free files? Tap "Watch a short ad to remove it" on the result screen, or go Pro.
- Restore Pro on a new phone: sign in to the same Google account, open Settings → plan card → Restore purchases.
- Cancel a subscription: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Docxify.
- Delete your data: Settings → Legal & compliance → Delete all app data, or uninstall. Docxify keeps no account or copy of your files.
